“Swiss Interlude” is the first time working for BreauxZine 39/12 I’ve been handed a whole part to curate in this magazine. The mixture of established and starting artists is the main pillar of the magazine so I’ve selected Swiss artists*, who contributed their part within this project.
The artists range from filmographer and photographer over local podcasters to newly starting artists. The goal was to represent “us” in a way we want to represent ourselves. This derived from the motto of the 4th issue “Das fremde waren nie wir” which means “We were never the stranger”.
By giving those artists the freedom to express themselves and portrait their surrounding the way they’d like, we crated a self regulated platform with a wider audience.
